16th March: Singing ~Workshop with Sara in Llanrwst

*Come and enjoy being part of a choir for a day. We’ll be singing songs to warm your heart, thrill your ear and get your toes tapping. There’ll be something for everyone… in glorious, acappella harmony arrangements. All are welcome – no previous experience or knowledge is needed*
20th April 2024: Special sing in St Asaph Cathedral to celebrate 20 years of Coastal Voices 10-12, followed by ‘birthday’ lunch at the Bod Erw in St Asaph.
18th May 2024: 20th anniversary concert in United Reform Church, Rhos on Sea all funds raised for WaterAid
Saturday June 29th 2024. Bodnant Gardens. We’re excited to be returning to what is definitely our favourite outdoor singing venue. The mix of heady flower scented air and drifting acapella harmonies is hard to beat.
Summer sings for 2023:
Powis Castle, nr Welshpool Sat June 17th 2023, we’ll be arriving around 11.30am and then singing in the top courtyard as well as on the terraces.
Plas Newydd, Ynys Mon (Anglesey) Sun 25th June, two half an hour sings at 1pm and 2.30pm.
Amnesty International Fundraiser, Sat 15th April, in Llanfarifechan Community Hall. Fabulous heart warming harmonies and lashings of tea and cake. Do come and support us!!
New term, starts Tuesday 23rd August 2022 7-9pm 🙂
26th June 2022 Plas Cadnant. Our second informal Summer Sing at the beautiful ‘hidden’ gardens of Plas Cadnant near Menai Bridge. Again we’ll be performing twice at 12.30 and again at 2pm. 19th June 2022 Informal Summer Sings at Bodnant Garden. Come and join us for the first of two outdoor performances. We’ll be singing by the Pin Mill at 11.30am and again at 1pm 🙂
15th June 2019 Bodnant Garden performances catch up with us singing on the terraces and at the Pin Mill from 11.00am
11th May 2019 Help us celebrate Coastal Voices’ 15th anniversary with a fundraising concert and ceilidh for WaterAid, Rhos on Sea. United Reformed Church 3pm Concert. Ceilidh 7pm.

7th July 2018. A return visit to Powis Castle. Come and see us singing with Bangor Community Choir on the steps of the house and all down the terraces!
3rd June 2018. A glorious day of outdoor singing at Bodnant Gardens. Coastal Voices and Bangor Community Choir will be giving a promenade performance singing on the terraces and at the Pin Mill.
24th March 2018. Coastal Voices and Bangor Community Choir will be singing at Liverpool Lime Street station as part of Give A Gig week… 100 choirs 10 stations!
9 – 11th March 2018. Exciting opportunity to spend a weekend singing in the Lake District with Sara. Venue is Beautiful Brathay Hall at the head of Lake Windermere. A luscious weekend of singing. Contact Sara for more details.
19th December 2017. Coastal Voices performance in Dwygyfylchi Church. 7pm. A warming festive sing. All welcome.
16th December 2017. Coastal Voices will be supporting Amnesty International members from Midday at the Victoria Shopping Centre in Llandudno.
3rd December 2017. Coastal Voices concert in the Sculpture room at Bodelwyddan Castle. an afternoon of songs to celebrate the festive season, the turning of the year and the importance of peace and unity.
25th November 2017 Fundraiser for aMaSing Gwynedd and Môn’s MS Choir. A delightful evening g of song and music with local acapella choirs and the Shoreline Skiffle Band. 6.30pm start. Tickets £6 children £3.

11th-12th March 2017 Visit from The B Naturals for a workshop and concert.
December 17th Llandudno Town Centre, we’ll be supporting our local Amnesty International Group as they sing carols in the Victoria Centre, do come along and support them and us. We’ll be there at midday together with members of Bangor Community Choir! Amnesty International Groups/ Colwyn Bay.
December 11th at Bodelwyddan Castle. Come and join us in the Sculpture Room at Bodelwyddan Castle for a concert where we’ll be sharing songs from many different musical traditions. Delightful acapella singing to warm your heart and get your toes tapping. Refreshments and mince pies in the interval, follow this link to book Bodelwyddan Castle Events. Half of the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to WaterAid.
Week of 26th September Coastal Voice will be performing at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd as part of their Arts in Health Week

July 9th 2016 end of term Singing Supper at Llanddulas Village Hall, 7pm. Bring food to share for supper and come and join in the singing at the end of the evening as well as enjoying Coastal Voices in relaxed performance!
November 7th 2015 Big fundraising concert in support of aMaSing aMaSing is a choir for people living with or affected by Multiple Sclerosis. The choir has made a huge positive difference to those involved. it is run by volunteers, one of its main expenses is special transport to get people to the weekly sessions. Come and join us in Trinity Church, Llandudno at 7pm for a concert, also performing as well as aMaSing and Coastal Voices will be Bangor Community Choir and the Shoreline Skiffel Band. Tickets £6.

March Sat 29th 2014 **Coastal Voices 10th Anniversary Fundraiser** come and join us whilst we celebrate 10 years of singing together with a fundraising Concert and Ceilidh in Llandudno Town Hall. Concert starts 4.30 pm (doors open 4pm), Ceilidh will start 8pm. All proceed from the event ‘Sing for Water Llandudno’ will go to UK charity WaterAid.Workshop 1.30-4.30. Concert 7.00pm.
February 18th & 19th 2014 visiting Georgian Ethnomusicologist Malkhaz Erkvanidze will be at Coastal Voices Tuesday evening rehearsal 7-9.30pm and at Bangor community Choir’s Wed evening rehearsal from 7.30-9.45. Sessions cost £12 to non choir members and will include tea and coffee.
January 25th 2014 Workshop with Pauline Down in Penmaenmawr. Come and enjoy some luscious harmony singing to brighten up a winter’s day, from Marabi Jive to gentle, exquisite heartsong. 10.30 am-4.00pm, £25/ £20 concessions if booked before 11th January 2014.(£28/ £23 after that date).
